Kathrine Kimball
President
Kathrine Kimball is the President of Labor of Love and founder and Managing Principal of Aptis Global, an international transfer pricing consulting firm. With nearly 30 years operating in international business and living on three different continents, Kathrine has cultivated a global heart with a passion for children, families, and animals. Having lost both parents to cancer, she has a special purpose in identifying ways to emotionally support those families affected by cancer.
Aurelio Obiacoro
Secretary
Aurelio Obiacoro has more than 35 years experience in finance, accounting, and administration of diverse companies such as health care, utility, transportation, manufacturing and non-profit organizations. He spent the last 15 years of his career with non-profit organizations that dealt with mental health services, homelessness, and health care for the poor. In his capacity as Director of Finance & Administration / CFO of an organization who provided shelter and services to homeless people, Aurelio was responsible for making sure that funds were distributed to the maximum and that overhead was minimized. He is passionate about helping others and volunteers his time whenever he can.
Aurelio holds a BS degree in Accounting at the University of the East and an MBA at Ateneo University both in Manila, Philippines.
Karen Holden
Treasurer
Karen is the founder of Living Well Now, successfully partnering with busy global executives to make their health as much a priority as their professional success. After a 33 year career as a well-respected, Big 4 tax professional - 20 of those as a partner - Karen understands an overloaded and overbooked life. Karen also serves on the board of a non-profit, "Take It From The Top," as well as her role as the Treasurer of The Labor of Love Foundation. With decades of experience in international business, Karen has a passion for all things global and is an ideal match for the "LoL" team!
Elizabeth Kimball
VP, Strategy
Elizabeth Kimball brings a lifetime passion of caring for others to The Labor of Love Foundation. Having cultivated The Magnolia Project in 2013, which serves families in both medical and life crises through simple projects, she has a unique focus of creating volunteer opportunities for one community to serve another. With hundreds of National Charity League hours on the books, Elizabeth brings extensive experience to the "LoL" board as our lead project strategist with her pragmatic creativity and "make-it-happen" expertise!
